Interview confusions and answers

When you ask what is the biggest weakness is trying to turn a negative into a positive. For example, in a hurry to completed projects, or just want to triple check every item in a spreadsheet can be transformed into strength, or have a candidate who will ensure that the project is completed on time and your job is almost perfect .

Note that the term "weakness" is not used to the answers of the sample - you always want to focus on the positive interview.

Examples of responses

* When I'm working on a project, I do not want just to meet deadlines. Instead, I prefer to finish the project ahead of schedule.

* Being organized is not my forte, but establish a time management system that has helped my sense of organization.

* I want to make sure that the work is complete, so I tend to spend maybe a little 'too much time to check it out. However, I became a good balance by creating a system to ensure that everything is done right the first time.

* I used to wait until the last minute to set an appointment for next week, but I realized that planning in advance, makes much more sense.

* I would say that I can be too much of a perfectionist in my work. Sometimes I spend more time than necessary for the task or tasks to be done in person, which can be easily transferred to another person. Even though I've never missed the deadline, it is still worrying about when I go to the next task and make sure the assignment of the work done by others.

* I learned to do my development work for me to work. I'm great at meeting deadlines, and my attention to detail, I know that my work is correct.

* I loved working on a project to completion before beginning another, but I learned to work on several projects at once, and I think I can be more creative and effective each.
